Today, most of the companies choose for automated
procedure to manufacture perfume and sprayer bottles made of either
glass or aluminum. Especially, these products are suitable for
customized applications. In addition, development of machining for
various glass perfume bottles
peaked with advent of flow and feed machines have allowed manufacturers
to go for bulk production nowadays, which was almost impossible before
few years.
Bottle Machining and Container Type Production
If you go for classification of glass or aluminum bottles
production, you will find two major categories, which are sheet
production and container production. Bottle machining forms a part of
the container type production process or require hot end process.
Hot End Procedure
Most
of the experts associated with production of glass perfume bottles
perform the manufacturing procedure in different steps. Particularly,
every manufacturer follows an initial and the most important stage i.e.
hot end procedure. This typically requires heat supply in big amount to
produce as well as to shape any glass container.
Here,
experts use furnace at the first stage for molding of molten glasses,
which later on, fed to furnace in the form of glass feed stocks. Soda
lime type of glass stocks would form major parts of the glass products
and mainly consist of silica and few amounts of lime and calcium oxide.
In addition, small amounts of ferric oxide, aluminum oxide, barium oxide
and magnesia and sulfur oxide also form few percent of the entire
soda-lime glass.
Press and Blow Formation
Once
professionals complete with the hot end process in the beginning, they
go ahead for press and blow formation in any particular section of IS
machine. It is obviously the common type of method associated with
production of glass container. IS machine contains minimum 5 to maximum
20 identical sections, all of them may carry out the forming procedure
completely and simultaneously.
In this way, it
allows for the production of maximum 20 containers by using a single
machine simultaneously. According to experts involved in manufacturing
of glass aromatherapy bottle
or simple glass bottle, whenever the glass in molten state approaches
very high degree that ranges from 1050 degree to up to 1200 degree
Celsius, it comes in the plastic stage.
During
this phase, manufacturers have to start with press and blow formation.
In addition, shearing blade cuts and shapes the glass in cylindrical
format to make gobs. Press and blow method is useful for glass
containers, which have wide mouth.
